On Arrival Srinagar you will be pickup & proceed to Pahalgam. Pahalgam is ”VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS “ Enroute visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields , Awantipura ruins (9th century Pahalgam is famous for Indian film industry, some trekking routes & also base camp for Amarnath pilgrimage. Overnight stay at pahalgam.
Morning you will be taken for local sightseeing. You will visit Kesar garden during summer session. Overnight stay at Pahalgam. You will spent leisure time in evening and have candle light dinner.
Post breakfast you will visit Aru Valley, Betab Valley and Chandanbari. (Jan/Feb road might get close due to snow fall). Enjoy the scenic beauty of those valley. Evening you will be taken to Srinagar. You will check in Hotel and spent the leisure time together.
After the breakfast in the morning, we will begin our countryside tour towards Gulmarg. We will drive past colorful villages and rice fields that will give you an insight into the rich culture of Kashmir. Gulmarg : Gulmarg is one of the top hill stations in India and is majorly known to have world’s highest golf course. It’s major attraction is Gulmarg Gondola, which is Asia’s largest cable car project. The beautiful destination in Kashmir is also quite popular for skiing and snowboarding in the winter season. The 08 minutes of ropeway ride on Gulmarg Gondola will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Apharwat Peak. From here, you can click lots of pictures. After spending time here, we will descend to Gulmarg base. Overnight Stay at Gulmarg Hotel.
Today you will visit Golf course, horse riding in Gulmarg and spent your day in Leisure. Evening you will proceed to Srinagar. You will check in Hotel and enjoy your time together.
Visit the world-famous Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), and Chasme Shahi Garden, and also pay visit to the Shankaracharya Temple. Later in the evening proceed for shikara riding in Dal lake. Today you will be taken for shopping in local market. Overnight stay at Houseboat in Srinagar. In winter Houseboat service will not be available.
Morning you will check out from Houseboat. You will be taken for local Shopping. Post lunch you will be drop at Srinagar airport. Your honeymoon tour ends here with sweet memories.
Sonamarg: 81 KM from Srinagar at a height of 2730 mt also known as Golden Meadow. Major Attractions- Thajwas Glacier, Cadibal Fish point, Baltal base camp, Rafting, Zojila Pass etc. Enroute attractions are Tulamulla, Canderbal, Waliwar, Ancient temple of Naranaag etc. Trekking routes are Alpine Skiing, Angling, White water rafting etc. Gulmarg: 52 KM from Srinagar also known as Meadow of Flowers. Major Attractions: Gulmarg Golf Course, Maharaja Palace, Heritage Hut, Ice Skating rink, St. Mary Church, Apple garden etc. Enroute attractions are Kanihama Village, Nallah-e-Firozpura, Tangmarg etc.Doodhpathri or “Valley of Milk”, situated 40 kms from Srinagar is definitely an unexplored place in Kashmir. If you plan to visit Kashmir sometimes, you should take a little time off to visit this beautiful and enchanting place. You will certainly love the green meadows, pristine environment and serenity.
November to March will be winter session. Sufficient winter clothing like jacket, gloves, woolen sweater etc need to carry. Please do carry essential medicines along with you.
